The first step to change your PERSONAL reality

Are you willing to break down the habits that don’t support your life vision?


Did you know that 90% of the thoughts we think are the same as the day before? So if you think that your thoughts have something to do with your destiny then 90% of the same thoughts lead to the same experiences and the same behaviours of our limiting past.


How you think and act and feel is your personality. So if you want to get a new personal reality, you have to change your personality. To do this we need to start thinking about what we are thinking about: to become consciously aware of our unconscious thoughts. You need to evaluate the emotions you are feeling and decide if these emotions belong in your future or your past.


We have unconscious behaviours that have developed into habits which become hard wired beliefs. If we want to change our habits we need to become consciously aware of the thoughts that created them.


Dr Joe Dispenza states: “The latest quantum research supports the notion that we have a natural ability to change the brain and the body by thought alone, so that it looks biologically like some future event has already happened.’

So then, how does one begin to change the body (your unconscious mind) to change its behaviour? Firstly we need to leave the known and step into the unknown. The body operates in the known and the familiar, which keeps you in the familiar past. The moment you start being consciously aware of your thoughts, you no longer are that thought and you start pulling yourself out of the unconscious programming. You have to start unlearning your old wired attitudes, habits and behaviours before you can re-learn new ones.


One needs a burning desire to change before real transformation can take place. When one makes a conscious choice to change your thoughts and it is intensifies with an intensity of feelings, then you create the energy for true transformation. This is when you start liberating your body from the old emotional state and start creating the vision of your future. When you do this on a daily basis, you are putting out high intensity frequencies of vibration that your brain literally gets changed and believes it is living the vision of the future and it will then manifest in your life. This is the magic that transforms your present personal reality into the vision of your future.
